The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs! The point of the Feature & Follow Hop is to gain blog followers for book bloggers.
This Week’s Question: Have you come up with any special memes or features on your blog that you’d like people to visit more?
I actually just launched a meme here called Reader Recommends! Here’s the shpeal (click the image to see the official page):
Reader Recommends is a fun meme created here at Ramblings on Readings where we recommend 3-5 books (or more!) based on certain given topics. This is a great way to see what other readers are enjoying in your favorite genres, or maybe find a new favorite series!
Rules:
Every Thursday, I’ll be posting the current Reader Recommends, along with the topic for the next edition. Choose up to five books or series you would recommend based on the topic or genre. If you haven’t read the topic, you can post books you are interested in reading based on the topic. I will usually post 1-2 books I’m interested in reading in the future in that genre/topic. You’ll find next week’s topic at the bottom of each post. Add your post to the Link-up at the bottom of each Reader Recommends post to see other bloggers’ suggestions, and make some new friends! Be sure to comment on my post if this is your first time so I can be sure to stop by your blog!

Next week’s question: Have you ever been inspired by a book character to do something? Who was the character and what was it?
Wow, I’d love to be a part of Reader recommends! Here’s mine FF: http://bookstopcorner.blogspot.in/2015/03/feature-follow-4-special-feature-on.html

Here’s my FF! 🙂
Yay! Can’t wait!! 🙂
Oh, I love this idea! I’m definitely going to join in! This reminds me of a drinking game I do with my friends, like name words that fit into a particular category and if you get it wrong or repeat a word that’s already been said, you take a shot, lol. I’m rambling but I hope I make sense to you, lol.

haha, my blog isn’t called RAMBLINGS on Readings for nothing lol. Sounds like a fun game (also sounds like it gets decidedly harder the more you drink lol)
I really love this idea! Very creative, and a good way for people to find new books for when they’re in a certain mood. Like it!!
New follower on Bloglovin.

Thanks! That was one of the main reasons I wanted to do it, because sometimes the only way you learn about some books is through other bloggers! Just this week I’ve already learned about at least five new books from this weeks topic that I had never heard of before! I love it!
I know! I’d say I get at least 25% of the best books I find from looking at other blogs! 🙂
Reader Recommends sounds like a great idea. I might have to participate. I’m a new follower on Bloglovin’.
Aj @ Read All The Things!
Thanks so much! I’d love to have you participate! Thanks for stopping by!
Ooooo I love recommendations! I used to recommend things a lot on my blog, it’s really fun to do. This seems like such a great feature! I’m an old bloglovin follower.
Krystianna @ Downright Dystopian
Thanks! Yeah, I feel like half of a blogger’s job is to recommend things, so I thought it would be fun to do a little meme about it! (I know it’s not the first lol, I’m not that clever) Thanks for stopping by!
This sounds like a good idea! I might join this one when I have the time 🙂
New follower, here’s my FF
Absolutely! And I know it’s hard to fit things in, there are so many great features and things to participate in! I have a hard time deciding which memes I want to take part in! Thanks for considering Reader Recommends 🙂
This sounds like a great meme, but I don’t know when I’d be able to add it in! 😀 New Twitter follower!
Here’s my F&F!
I so understand!! There are so many great features out there! Thanks for stopping by!!
Oh, I love this! I’m going to need to join in on this one! 🙂 It’ll hopefully encourage me to extend my horizons a little, as I’m terrible for reading the same genre/topics over and over and over… haha.
I’m a new follower on bloglovin. 🙂
Shaunna @ Books Over Bros x
Awesome! That’s exactly why I wanted to do this meme, because I knew there would be readers out there looking for suggestions (myself included) and this seemed like a good way to learn about books that other bloggers love!
What a great meme! I’ll definitely join. Thank you for stopping by. 🙂

I have to agree with the others, this is a fantastic meme! I’ve bookmarked your blog so that I can come back and look into it a bit more! And also, because I too find your blog to be absolutely gorgeous! 🙂
New follower!
awesome!! And thanks so much!
This is a great idea for a meme.So far I’d have nothing to contribute to the topics, but I’ll keep checking in. Thanks for visiting and following!
thanks! I’m trying to get as many different types of topics so that it really pushes peoples normal reading boundaries, and they therefore may find new books or series they never and thought about reading! It just happened that ghosts and zombies ended up back to back lol
I’ll have to check your meme out! It sounds like a great way to find new books! Thanks for visiting my blog and following! New follower!
Yay! Thanks! That was my whole goal with this meme. I always find the best new books from other bloggers, so I thought this would be an easy way to facilitate that!
great meme! I love the ones that get discussions going and that give suggestions of new books. This is great! I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for them every week 🙂
Kat @ Readiculous Blog
Thanks! I hope we have some good discussions 🙂
I think I’m going to have to join in on you meme next time. It’s such a great idea!
Thanks for stopping by my post and following! I’m following you back!
Yay!! Thanks so much 🙂 I look forward to it!!
That’s a great idea for a meme, especially as it gives people new books or genres they may never have considered before. 🙂
Regular follower xx
My FF
