It’s Monday! What are you Reading? #4

So on Thursday, I’m heading to Disney World for an audition/a little impromptu vacay; I’ve scheduled most of my posts for those days, but if you don’t hear from me, it’s because I’m hanging out at the happiest place on earth! Until then, check out what I’ve been reading this past week, and let me know what you’ve got your bookmark in these days!

Last Week's Reading

Lumiere Succubus Blues

Lumiere (The Illumination Paradox #1) by Jacqueline E. Garlick – 3 Stars, full review to come

Fun, quick moving steampunk. Had some issues, but still a pretty entertaining read.

Succubus Blues (Georgina Kincaid #1) by Richelle Mead – 3.5 Stars, full review to come

Good old Richelle Mead. She doesn’t disappoint. Plus, Urban Fantasy.

Currently Reading

A Shadow Bright and Burning A Tyranny of Petticoats The Shadow Hour

A Shadow Bright and Burning (Kingdom on Fire #1) by Jessica Cluess

Still working on this one. I put it aside last week to finish up Lumiere, so I’m finally finishing it this week!

A Tyranny of Petticoats: 15 Stories of Belles, Bank Robbers, and Other Badass Girls, edited by Jessica Spotswood

So, I’m really not a fan of anthologies, but one of my challenges called for one, and this looked really entertaining; plus it’s got stories by some of my fave YA authors, so I’m putting aside my bias.

The Shadow Hour (The Girl at Midnight #2) by Melissa Grey

I really loved The Girl at Midnight (check out my review here!) so I was thrilled when this appeared at my library last week!

Death Wish Stormdancer

Death Wish (The Ceruleans #1) by Megan Tayte

Review Request. Megan Tayte probably hates me by now. It’s been far too long since she sent me this book to read and review. I promise, next week Megan!!

Stormdancer (The Lotus War #1) by Jay Kristoff

After reading Illuminae (check out my raving review here), I knew I needed to read more from the authors. Plus, Stormdancer looks so ridiculously cool.
