This week’s topic is: Spies

Be they 007 or teenage girls at a mysterious school that teaches martial arts and how to go undercover, spies have skills we normal folk love to read about. What secret agents keep you up reading all night?

Here’s what Ramblings on Readings recommends for Spy books!

The Gallagher Girls Series by Ally Carter

I'd Tell You I Love You Cross My Heart Don't Judge a Girl by Her Cover Only the Good Spy Young Out of Sight Out of Time United We Spy

These are light, fun, funny, silly, unrealistic, but oh how I love them. The first one was sort of so-so, but in the second one we get to meet Zach, and that’s when things get really exciting. This really is a fun series, and worth reading, so don’t just ignore them because they seem too juvenile. They’re very fun.

Sigh, I guess that’s it…I haven’t read that many spy books.

Spy Books I want to read:

Alex Rider: Stormbreaker by Anthony Horowitz – Good Reads

Stormbreaker

Also Known As by Robin Benway – Good Reads

Also Known As

A Spy in the House by Y.S. Lee – Good Reads

A Spy in the House

What are your favorite Spy novels, and which ones are on your to-read list?
