So we’re back to classical music this week after last week’s foray into crazy anime openings. I discovered The Lark Ascending by Vaughan Williams completely on accident. In college, I would turn on Pandora or iTunes Radio or Songza and choose a classical station that I could do homework to. This popped up pretty early on and I remember going to check what the song was because it was so pretty it was actually hurting my concentration. I had to know what it was. It’s really one of those pieces that you can feel your spirit lifting because of the beauty it expresses. I hope you get that sensation today as you listen!
