I am reading like a crazy person this month! I’m not sure I’ve ever read so much in my life. And of course, it’s nothing compared to the people who read a book a day (I really don’t know how you people do it!). But I’ve read some great things, and I’ve had a few DNF books this month. Sigh.
Here’s what I added to my shelf this week!
Dearly, Departed by Lia Habel – this was a recommendation from last week’s edition of Reader Recommends; it’s been on my to-read list for a long time, but it was highly recommended on my weekly feature, so I knew I had to get it!
Bossypants by Tina Fey – borrowing from a friend. I never read non-fiction, but I like Tina Fey and I’ve been wanting to read this for a while. I also want to read Amy Poehler’s “Yes Please”; anybody like that one?
These Broken Stars by Amie Kaufman and Megan Spooner—another one that’s been on the to-read pile since it came out. I couldn’t get approved for it on NetGalley when it first came around, alas. I saw it at Half Price Books and I snatched it up immediately.
Virtual Arcana: The Lovers by Karen Amanda Hooper – the final book in the first season of The Virtual Arcana! Here’s hoping we finally get some answers! Thanks to Karen Amanda Hooper for letting me be a part of your awesome group of ARC readers!
Unchained by J. Lynn – I’ve been wanting to read this book since it came out two years ago. I love everything Jennifer Armentrout, and I’m a new fan of Urban Fantasy, so this should be amazing!
