My big excitement for this week is that I FINISHED THE BEGINNER’S CALENDAR. I didn’t skip any days! I really am thrilled about this fact (Especially since I didn’t lose any weight this week-I chalk it up to being a show week; lots of fast food; I know, I know, shame on me). On the bright side, I didn’t gain any weight! I am feeling so much stronger and I am ready to start the longer workouts on the regular monthly calendars.

Favorite Video of the Week: The 100 Workout (did this video for the first time a few weeks ago and probably made it through about 30%, but this week I probably got through about 90% of it. A really great workout for when you only have a few minutes!)
